Delete Your Velomodo Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your account and data for Velomodo Philly (Android app by Silver Falls Capital), operated by Sportworks Global LLC (“Sportworks”, “we”, “us”).

You can ask us to delete your Velomodo account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There is no in-app delete button today, so deletion is handled by a written request to our team, described below.

How to request deletion

  1. Send a written request by email to [email protected] with the subject “Velomodo account deletion”.
  2. Include the email address on your Velomodo account (and, if you can, your name and phone number) so we can locate your account and confirm it’s really you.
  3. We’ll verify your identity — so we don’t delete the wrong person’s data — and reply to confirm once your account and data have been deleted.

How long it takes: we action verified requests and respond within the time the law requires — typically within 30 to 45 days.

What gets deleted

On a verified deletion request, we delete (or de-identify so it can no longer be linked to you) the personal data we hold about you, including:

What we keep, and for how long

Some records are deleted immediately; a limited set is retained for a further period where we need it for legal, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons, consistent with our Privacy Policy. After the period shown, the data is deleted or aggregated so it no longer identifies you.

Narrow exceptions apply — for example, where we must keep records to comply with the law, prevent fraud, or where camera footage has been flagged in connection with an incident under a legal hold. These are described in full in our Privacy Policy.
